Tutorial of the Month

Knowing your legal rights and responsibilities concerning copyright of your photographs is often misunderstood and not pursued aggressively. Consequently, infringement on one of your photos may leave you disappointed and helpless. Use this months tutorial to get up to speed on copyright requirements and take appropriate action.

The Copyright Office is switching to an online submission process, which limits submissions to 30 minutes of upload time, but reduces the submission fee from $45 to $35.
